I’d been looking at the various heating systems for a while and wondering which option to get, but as I wanted to add some lights and switches I settled on the Hive Heating system from British Gas.
But what is it?
The other day I got the chance to have a play with an Edison Robot, it’s meant to introduce kids to programming and robotics but it’s also damn good fun!
It’s not connected to Skynet so won’t take over the world and kill everyone so nothing to worry about there.
It’s been quiet on here recently as I’ve been rethinking the design of the site and where I want it to go, so Twitter/Instagram/Facebook have been removed for GFR2Reviews and Twitter/Instagram now directs to BehindTheGeek to share everything to wider audience.
A new garden means plenty of grass, plenty of grass means lots of cutting and trimming.
I’ve had an assortment strimmers, used some high power ones that weigh a fair amount and even used a petrol one when the going was tough in a previous jungle garden.
All but one had the same thing in common, the cutting head was always nylon line. I want a bladed strimmer!
My wife’s Compaq 15-S108NA laptop from a few years ago was getting a little slow around the edges, it took Windows 10 fine and has upgraded to every edition released with no problems, it runs Office 2016, OneDrive, Chrome, all the usual uses for a general day-to-day laptop but can be slow to boot and for apps to load.
Time to upgrade to an SSD.
